Fernando Barreda Luna
A native of Tampico, Tamaulipas, Fernando graduated as a graphic designer, but found his way into the film industry and became a writer, director, and producer. He made his directorial debut with Atrocious (2011), which premiered at the Sitges Film Festival and had a theatrical release in 8 countries, including the United States, England, France, Germany and Mexico, where it reached the Top 10 of the Mexican box office in its first week. His films have been screened at the most important fantasy genre festivals in the world.
Jessica Villegas Lattuada
Jessica was born in Tampico, Tamaulipas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in finance. She began her career as unit production manager and then launched into producing her first feature film Atrocious (2011) in Spain. Since then, she has produced 8 feature films and some short films, highlighting the film Dad Wanted (2020), one of the first Netflix Originals produced in Mexico, reaching the top five of the most watched films in the world on the Netflix platform during its first weeks.
Ernesto Martínez Arévalo
Ernesto was born in Mexico City and over the years, he has forged a solid and experienced career in the Mexican film industry. He has produced multiple films, shorts and documentaries, standing out the highly awarded documentary Quebranto (2013), receiving the Silver Ariel for best feature length documentary, as well as more than a dozen national and international awards. He has collaborated with Roberto Fiesco and Julián Hernandez, among other prestigious directors.
